Mama’s Book Trailer

We have been listening over and over to this thing for months as Mama has been working on putting her book trailer together. She finally has it completed and finalized. Here it is for all of you who would like to view it.

I, of course, have to give this a 5 paw rating (because I sat by Mama’s side and gave her the finer points of what should or should not be included while waiting for my turn on the laptop.)

Forum woes resolved

I was able to figure out the problems with Guest access to the poll and at the same time resolved the issue I had with the first poll going inactive. All in all a good days work, I would say.

So, the polls are now open for everyone. Go to Griffie World and view the book trailers, and then to Griffie World Talk to cast your vote for your favorite book trailer. If you register, then you can comment on the book trailers and offer your opinion as to what works and what doesn’t work. If you post a comment, you will automatically be entered to win an autographed copy of Misfit McCabe.

Finally on track . . .or not

Well, it has been a little bit of a technical curve, but I think we are finally on track. The first poll that I posted unfortunately lost the ability to accept votes. I hate when that happens, so I have reposted the poll and things are working much better now.

Ok – Murphy has been hanging around waaaayy too much today. . .Just when I thought it was safe to go back in the water, another glitch with the polls. If I am not logged in, I get an error displaying the poll information. Guests are supposed to be able to view and vote in this particular poll and it doesn’t help that they can’t even see the entry let alone vote.

If you are registered and logged in there is no problem. Oh well, back to technical support I go. . .

Vote for your Favorite

I have just completed making some book trailers to help promote my YA novel, Misfit McCabe and I am looking for some people to look at the book trailers and then vote for their favorite one. The winner of the vote will then be posted to YouTube, YVideo, etc. Along with that, if you leave any comments of what you liked, or didn’t like, you will automatically be entered into a contest to win an autographed copy of Misfit McCabe. In order to post comments, you do have to register because otherwise I won’t be able to find you should you be the winner.

To view the book trailers (there are 3 of them), go to my website Griffie World .
View the trailers, then click on the link for Griffie World Talk to the right and cast your vote.

Book Trailer Completed

Well, it has been a fun few days putting together the book trailer for Misfit McCabe and I think I have it finished. I am giving it a little time to settle in, to make sure I don’t want to do 25 more edits to it before posting it on YouTube, YVideo, etc.
